Our Story
Northeast Missouri Properties is a small business owned and operated by Jerry and Stephanie Mills. With over 3 decades of experience and 60 rental properties, Jerry built Northeast Missouri Properties from the ground up. A labor of love, he is the maintenance man, showing agent, manager, and multi-hat wearer; he does it all! His wife Stephanie assists with move-outs and contracts. Their two children, Evey and Addy, also help out where they can, including painting and tagging along.
